Internal moves and reconfiguration

Teams grow, teams split, and someone has to shift 40 desks over a weekend. Move, add, change is the standing crew that does it without booking a whole project every time.

Move, add, change: desks being reconfigured on a floor

What move, add, change covers

The work between the big moves. Recurring, small, and the thing that quietly consumes a facilities manager's week.

Desk and team moves

One person or a whole department shifted to another floor, out of hours, ready for Monday.

Systems furniture

Benching and panel systems taken apart, reconfigured and rebuilt rather than replaced.

Crates on standby

A stock of reusable crates held for you, so a Friday reshuffle does not start with an order.

Furniture held in storage

Surplus desks and chairs stored and pulled back when headcount recovers, instead of thrown away twice.

A standing window

A recurring slot, weekly or monthly, so the work is scheduled rather than negotiated each time.

The same crew each time

A crew that already knows your floor plan, your lift and your building rules.

How it works

Set up an account

Rates and terms agreed once, so each job is a request rather than a quote.

Send the request

Names, desks and the target date. We confirm the crew and window.

Work out of hours

Evening or weekend, so nobody on the floor loses working time.

Move, add, change questions

No. A two person shuffle is a normal request on a standing account. The point of the arrangement is that small jobs stop needing their own procurement cycle.

We can, but almost nobody wants us to. Evening and weekend work means the floor is usable on Monday and nobody spends a working day around a crew.

Yes, and it is usually cheaper than buying it twice. Surplus desks and chairs go into storage and come back when headcount does.

A standing rate agreement helps, because it removes the quoting step from every small job. It is not a volume commitment.
