Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of valleymoving.com. They do not govern your move itself. The move is governed by the estimate and the bill of lading you sign, and where those differ from anything on this website, those documents win.

An enquiry is not a booking

Sending the quote form or the contact form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, it does not form a contract, and it does not commit either of us to anything. A move is booked when we have confirmed it to you in writing.

Estimates

We give written estimates, and every estimate lists the assumptions it was built from: what is being moved, the access at each end, the packing level and the date. If those assumptions hold, the estimate holds. If what we find on the day is materially different from what was described, we will tell you before we proceed rather than after.

Nothing on this website is itself a quotation or an offer. Descriptions of crew sizes, trucks, lead times and timings describe what we plan for. They are not guarantees, and your estimate carries the figures that apply to your move.

Accuracy of the site

We keep this site accurate and current, and we would rather leave something out than publish a figure we cannot stand behind. Even so, content may be incomplete or out of date, and we do not warrant that it is error free. Where our licensing or USDOT details are shown as pending, they are pending.

Your use of the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, submit other people's personal information without their knowledge, or use the forms to send automated or commercial messages.

Content and marks

The text, images and design of this site belong to Valley Moving or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote or link to it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale as your own.

Links out

Where we link to another website we are pointing you at something useful, not endorsing everything on it. We are not responsible for content we do not control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability for your actual move, which is set out in your moving documents and in the regulations that apply to household goods carriers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
